When The Brain Isn't Synchronized

BrainPassion loves sharing posts that remind you that your beliefs shape your reality. So, gear up! I know you've heard it all before from, but it is because it's transformative for good mental health. Personally, I grasped its significance only when I delved into the practical details. So, let's dive in.

The brain is a marvel, designed to enhance our lives. However, imperfections and unforeseen circumstances can hinder its natural capabilities. Traumas, music, TV shows, unhealthy attractions, and our self-perceptions all carve pathways in the brain. Once these paths are etched, we tend to follow them, willingly or not.

Psychologically, this is known as cognitive dissonance. It occurs when our unconscious beliefs, buried in the depths of our brain, clash with our conscious beliefs—the ones we actively uphold each day.

In simpler terms, it's the misalignment between the back and front of our brain. This mental conflict arises from the neural pathways fueled by unhealthy belief systems.

When the front and back of our brain aren't connected, it restricts our ability to mentally organize things the way we want. Basic needs become challenging, and even if they're simple, which then messes up our long-term goals.

Imagine this: You're at your favorite restaurant, waiting 20 minutes for a seat. It's okay because it's your favorite spot. The waitress, fantastic, takes your order promptly. But when the food arrives, it's wrong—not her fault, but a misread slip in the back. Now, the customer waits longer, the waitress is frustrated, and the chef rushes to make new food. Dysfunction.

This mirrors what happens when old belief systems dictate our current mindset and lifestyle without being addressed. I have personally experienced this, and it's genuinely the worst feeling ever. That's why I'm dedicated to helping people reset their brains. It's painful to function this way. Check out our free training to learn how to break belief systems with four steps.
